Cap and Mia grew up loving ice cream. Every Sunday, they made their own ice cream as a reward from their parents after completing their weekly chores. As teenagers they worked in their uncle's Dairy Queen and really began to understand the ins-and-outs of ice cream and the ice cream business.

They took different educational and career paths. Cap received a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and gained 15 years of experience in consumer product goods while Mia graduated from Akron University and spent 11 years in various account and finance positions. They continued to have dreams of owning their own ice cream shop, even as Cap received company-wide awards for her work at Pfizer and other Fortune 500 companies and as Mia aided in personal growth development with children at Child Care Solutions.

With pen, pad and little capital, they began to pursue their dream in 2007. With a love of frozen custard (introduced to Mia and Cap a decade earlier) and knowing there was little exposure to frozen custard in Chicago, they decided that frozen custard would be their focus. But they didn't stop there. They layered in all the delicacies that most people enjoy and like to indulge in and created Just Indulge.

Today, as Co-Founders, they are living out their dreams and bringing decades of communication, organization and people management skills to the dessert table. Their entrepreneurial spirits, passion to create a positive impact in their community and love of the sweet moments in life come to fruition in Just Indulge.

We use high quality ingredients in all of our products. Our frozen custard, pastry items, popcorn and specialty coffee drinks are made fresh daily so you can be ensured a superior tasting product.
